Our philosophy

Pure Stagioni quality is born from simplicity. This jam is made with just two ingredients: apricots and sugar. No pectin, no preservatives, no colourings.

Seasonality: Made in summer, right after harvest, to preserve the fruit's organoleptic properties and natural colour intact.
Richness: We use 112g of apricots for every 100g of finished product. The fruit is the absolute protagonist, with a percentage that never drops below 95%.
Wellbeing: The apricot is rich in antioxidants, fibre and iron, with recognised benefits for skin health and the general wellbeing of the body.
