Extra Blackberry Jam

Pure Stagioni quality is born from simplicity. This jam is made with just two ingredients: blackberries and sugar. No pectin, no preservatives, no colourings.

• Seasonality: Made during the summer season, with the blackberries harvested from July to early September, to keep the freshness and aromatic profile of the wild fruit intact.
• Richness: We use 86g of blackberries for every 100g of finished product. The fruit is the absolute protagonist, with a percentage that never drops below 95%.
• Wellbeing: The wild blackberry is rich in mineral salts, vitamins and antioxidants with anti-ageing properties, and is a natural aid against water retention.
