Our philosophy

Pure Stagioni quality is born from simplicity. This preserve is made with just four ingredients: chilli pepper, red peppers, sugar and wine vinegar. No artificial preservatives, no colourings, no compromises.

Seasonality: Produced in late summer and autumn, right after the harvest, to keep the organoleptic properties of the peppers and chilli peppers perfectly intact.
Technique: The red peppers and chilli peppers undergo a quick cooking process, a method that enhances their natural heat and keeps the colour vivid and bright.
Wellbeing: Chilli pepper is rich in capsaicin, a compound with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, as well as being a natural source of vitamin C.
